Focus of our Services
As members of the Institute of
Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA), we apply
the principles of sustainability to the planning of the
whole development process, from Strategic Environmental
Assessment through site identification and Environmental
Impact Assessment to planning application, construction
and the long-term management of the developed site. In carrying out this
work, Bell Cornwell Environmental works alongside
the partners and staff of the Bell Cornwell Partnership,
which has a successful record in promoting clients'
interests within the planning system.
This integrated approach to tasks utilises a very
wide range of experience gained in both the public
