Bell Cornwell Environmental acts for clients in response to the widening scope of environmental legislation and regulation, and increased levels of public awareness.

• identifying environmental constraints;
• liaising with planning authorities and regulatory agencies; and

In practice, this involves the incorporation of environmental planning guidance and the principal indicators of sustainable development into the design of a development project. Frequently, this is achieved through the formal process of Environmental Impact Assessment, but our environmental expertise is applied in a much wider range of contexts.
